Victoria's Secret Bras Size Chart
Frequently Asked Questions
Use a flexible tape measure and keep it level. For chest/bust, measure at the fullest part. For waist, measure at the narrowest part (natural waist). For hips, measure at the fullest part.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. However, if you prefer a tighter fit, you may opt for the smaller size.
No, sizing varies significantly between brands. Always refer to the specific size chart for the brand you are purchasing.
Fit Notes
A well-fitting bra should have a snug band that doesn't ride up, straps that don't dig in, and cups that fully contain breast tissue without gaping or spillage. The band provides 80% of support.
How to Measure
Band Measurement: Wearing a non-padded bra, wrap a soft measuring tape around your back at band level, just under your arms and above your bust where your bra straps meet the top of the cup. Keep the tape snug and parallel to the ground. If the number is odd, round down to the closest even number. Bust Measurement: Keep the tape around your back at band level, then measure around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to leave a small gap (about a finger's width) between the tape and your bust, allowing for a full breath. Cup Size Calculation: Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch of difference equals one cup size.
